Mr. Vivek Gupta Founder

A visionary leader, Mr. Vivek Gupta has created a well-researched niche in real estate and had committed to achieve excellence in every work the company does. The man behind, has a principle “nothing in this world can be built without trust and honesty”. He believes in facing the obstacles and creating new ways to lead the world.

Academic credentials include B.Tech in Instrumentation and Control from Kurukshetra University and has also done MBA in Marketing from Modi Apollo International Institute, Western International University, Arizona, U.S.A .

He has 17+ years of experience in Channel sales & Management, Direct Selling, Team management, CRM activities and handling marketing/media activities.

He has gained technical experience by working in Technical companies Like Birla Yamaha Limited , HCL,Cease Fire, and Schenck Rotec India Limited.

He has gained major experience by working in reputed Real Estate Organization like Vatika Limited, Tata Housing, Ansal Properties and Infrastruture Limited & Gulshan Homz Pvt. Ltd, at various designations that helped him create a foundation for Opulence Abodez Realty India.

While working in different organization he has developed Core competencies into Business Development & Marketing, Vendor Development, Channel Development, Team Management, Customer Service & Retention, Transactional Process, and MIS & Financial Products.

He has market familiarity and networking in Delhi, Gurugram,Noida,Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Lucknow, Kanpur,Amritsar, Ludhiana, Dehradun, Chandigarh( Mohali).

He is the strong rock of the team who works with right approach and knows the value of team work to achieve the long term goals and vision of the company. With his adaptability to any situations and understanding of environment, our team leader has come a long way.

Mr. Vivek Gupta is a highly accomplished individual with experience in multiple roles. He has directed and initiated placement cell strategy and internal branding movement as a placement cell team member in Modi Apollo International Institute between 2004-2005. He has organized several seminars for Management students about Career development and Management in Modi Apollo International Institute. Lastly, he holds a Certificate of N.C.C. and All India institutes of physics teachers association.

Tushita Jain Co-Founder

Tushita, a dynamic and passionate professional has over 11+ years of experience in the Education, Consulting, and Real Estate industries with a proven track record of building and sustaining relationships. She is an exceptional communicator with a consultative approach, strong negotiation skills, problem solving abilities, and has a keen understanding of client requirements. She is an MBA from Amity University and highly conversant with internet applications.

She has years of knowledge by working with Developers and Real Estate brokerage firms which resulted in starting her own venture as a Co-Founder in Opulence Abodez Realty India. She brings on table the best of both the worlds.Tushita’s leadership style is very effective at motivating others to do what they need to be done in order to achieve success within their organization.

In a world where everyone is looking for quick results, Tushita has stood out as someone who has the ability to take on a project and make it into something much more than what was originally intended. She has a special way of connecting with people and making them feel like they are part of the team. Her leadership style is one of support and guidance, rather than commanding or controlling. Her work ethic is second-to-none and she’s always working hard on her projects and making sure they live up to her standards.

As the Sales Expert, she successfully increased the client base by understating their needs and managed their portfolios. During her tenure with various organization she has handled sales and marketing activities, forecasting and planning sales targets, implementing action plans, ,conducting periodic reviews of the sales and marketing team. In her further years she managed customer centric operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Additionally, she also has a experience of HR duties. Tushita hired and trained new real estate sales professionals as needed, worked with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns, and analyzed the latest marketing trends and competitor activities.

Journey to Opulence

Vivek was working at a reputed organization and had been there for quite some time. He had been in the same position for years now, and he was ready to move on to next organization. Little did he knew that world has something else for store for him. He wanted to have a clear perspective for his next step.

So he called up her colleague Tushita Jain, who was working him at the previous organization. Vivek was working for a reputed organization when she met Tushita Jain. They were both working in the same department and were very good friends. They met over lunch one day, and they started talking about their futures together for the next organization. Once the discussion started it turned into a brain storming session & they just kept coming up with the ideas and to their surprise at last they both wanted to do something of their own.

It felt like the stars were aligned when they realized that this was exactly what they needed to do. They decided that if they weren't going to be able to work for the company, then maybe it was time to take their careers into their own hands! Hence, company name was formed.
