He has 17+ years of experience in Channel sales & Management, Direct Selling, Team management, CRM activities and handling marketing/media activities.

He has gained technical experience by working in Technical companies Like Birla Yamaha Limited , HCL,Cease Fire, and Schenck Rotec India Limited.

He has gained major experience by working in reputed Real Estate Organization like Vatika Limited, Tata Housing, Ansal Properties and Infrastruture Limited & Gulshan Homz Pvt. Ltd, at various designations that helped him create a foundation for Opulence Abodez Realty India.

While working in different organization he has developed Core competencies into Business Development & Marketing, Vendor Development, Channel Development, Team Management, Customer Service & Retention, Transactional Process, and MIS & Financial Products.

He has market familiarity and networking in Delhi, Gurugram,Noida,Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Lucknow, Kanpur,Amritsar, Ludhiana, Dehradun, Chandigarh( Mohali).

Tushita, a dynamic and passionate professional has over 11+ years of experience in the Education, Consulting, and Real Estate industries with a proven track record of building and sustaining relationships. She is an exceptional communicator with a consultative approach, strong negotiation skills, problem solving abilities, and has a keen understanding of client requirements. She is an MBA from Amity University and highly conversant with internet applications.

She has years of knowledge by working with Developers and Real Estate brokerage firms which resulted in starting her own venture as a Co-Founder in Opulence Abodez Realty India. She brings on table the best of both the worlds.Tushita’s leadership style is very effective at motivating others to do what they need to be done in order to achieve success within their organization.

In a world where everyone is looking for quick results, Tushita has stood out as someone who has the ability to take on a project and make it into something much more than what was originally intended. She has a special way of connecting with people and making them feel like they are part of the team. Her leadership style is one of support and guidance, rather than commanding or controlling.
