Booking and Payments
Any property booking facilitated through our consultation services is subject to confirmation by the respective developer or project authority.
Important points:
- Property booking remains provisional until confirmed by the developer.
- Payment schedules and terms are governed by the Allotment Letter or Builder Buyer Agreement issued by the developer.
- Delayed payments may result in interest, penalties, or cancellation as per the developer’s policies.

RERA Compliance
